City Hive is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to join our growing team and help build our next generation of technical talent. As we scale our engineering, product, and data teams, you’ll play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and securing top-tier technology professionals.

Primary Responsibilities
- Drive full-cycle technical recruitment process from sourcing to offer acceptance
- Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to build a robust pipeline of technical talent
- Partner with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and team dynamics
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical background and cultural fit
- Manage and improve the candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of recruitment metrics and analytics
- Build and nurture relationships with technical communities and professional networks
- Coordinate with hiring teams to schedule and conduct efficient interview processes
- Stay current with market trends, competitive compensation packages, and industry best practices
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of technical recruitment experience, preferably in a high-growth startup environment
- Proven track record of successfully placing software engineers, data scientists, and technical leaders
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and current market trends
- Experience with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience recruiting for NYC tech market
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and technical terminologies
- Experience with technical assessment platforms
- Background in technology or computer science
